Directions From the New York/Connecticut/Rhode Island Area (South)

1. Take Route 95 NORTH to Exit 12 (Boston/Braintree) splits to right and becomes Route 93 SOUTH (Southeast Expressway)
2. Continue on Route 93 SOUTH for approximately5 miles and splits again. Stay in the middle lane and follow signs for the Cape Cod - Rte. 3 (Exit 7, Rte. 3).
3. Follow Rte 3 South to Exit 15 (Derby Street), follow signs to Hingham.
4. You will pass the entrance to Derby St. Shoppes (Mall) on your right. We are about ¼ miles on the left (directly across from Bertucci's Restaurant).
5. Our Building, 99 Derby St. is in the back. Follow the driveway to the right.
   (There are two buildings - 101 Derby St. is in the front parking lot to the left.)
6. Suite 200 is on the Second Floor (take a left off the elevator). Enter through the glass doors at Stratis Business Center. The receptionist will notify us.
