Understandable, fully disclosed fees. As a fee-based advisor, I sell no investment products, and accept no commissions for placement of your market-based investments. Since ourcompensation is never contingent on the outcome of your securities transactions, you can be confident that our recommendations will always be in your best interest.

However, we may address risk factors that involve insurance-based plans from which we may unavoidably be compensated; this will be disclosed to you and may be used to offset your annual retainer fee.
